Peru Land S.A. or providers of services related to these programs, previously identified only as organizers of the program and assume no responsibility for accidents, illnesses, injuries and losses resulting from unintentional delays due to force majeure such as natural disasters or acts of God and by acts of negligence on the part of companies or individuals that provide services land or air transport, accommodation or other services described in this program.

Peru Land S.A. reserves the right to accept, deny or withhold a person or member of a group in any of their tours.

Peru Land S.A. is absolved of responsibility by not providing any service if this is due to force majeure such as strikes, natural disasters, government decisions, etc.. And if this happens before or during the trip, which prevents the normal operation of the tourism operation, the client has the right to request a full refund except for administrative expenses and the difference, if any, for services already rendered....

In the rare event of strikes, delays or cancellation of any flight, Peru Land SA not assume the costs of maintenance, accommodation and transfers, but managed for refunds for the passenger.

Reimbursement requests must be submitted in writing and include all relevant information and will be processed immediately.

For cancellation of services provided during the high season in Peru (May, June, July and August): If cancellation is received 30 days before the arrival of the group to Peru, we will refund 50% of the deposit whereas the services will be provided during the high season in Peru, if cancellation is received within 30 days or less than date of arrival in Peru, there will be no refund. In the case of passenger no-show or cancellation during the trip, no refund.

For cancellation of services provided during the offseason in Peru:  If cancellation is received 45 days prior will be refunded 100% if cancellation is received 30 days prior will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the fee, if cancellation is received less than 15 days in advance will be subject to 40% penalty. In the case of no show or cancellation during the trip there will be no refund.

All cancellations also be subject to application of an additional discount of 15% for administrative expenses and the cost of reimbursement shall be borne by the passenger.

All cancellations must be in writing.

IMPORTANT: Peru Land Inc. reserves the right to make unannounced changes to the order of the trip due to weather conditions, river levels, time of arrival or departure of planes or buses or any other relevant reason, the same to the best outcome for your trip.

Payment Policy

Your reservation will be confirmed after receiving a minimum deposit (50%) OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT PER PERSON.

The amount due must be paid 35 days PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Reservations made PAST THE TIME LIMIT, WILL BE CANCELLED AT 100%.

Cancellation Policy

Each claim will be assisted immediately and must be requested in writing, including all relevant information. The refund check will be shipped within two weeks of the cancellation made.
If cancellation is received 30 days in advance will be refunded 100% of your deposit, except for administrative expenses.

If cancellation is received 15 days in advance will be refunded 80% of your deposit, if cancellation is received less than 15 days in advance will be refunded 70% of the deposit.
In the case of no show or cancellation during the trip will not be any refund.
