Day 01: Puerto Maldonado - Monkey Island

Arrival to Puerto Maldonado and transfer to the port where we board our boat and begin an unforgettable journey through the Madre de Dios River. Along the way, you can see the alligators, turtles, herons and other animals. Arrival at the Lodge, an exquisite taste typical welcome drink and we will settle into our bungalows, then lunch. In company with our specialized guide we will visit Monkey Island located just 5 minutes from the hostel in the middle of the Madre de Dios River, the island shelters different species of monkeys from maquisapas noisy, colorful and impressive achuñis friars to small and gay lions. During the trip to the island, beautiful landscapes are displayed to their sight with the exuberant fauna and flora they contain. well as a wonderful and solemn sunset in the jungle.

Day 02: Collpa de Guacamayos

Breakfast. Early on, we will embark on a boat for a day trip with lunch on board up to the macaw clay lick. On the way up the Tambopata River may see animals such as alligators, turtles and a variety of birds. Arrival at the clay lick, camping and dinner.

Day 03: Collpa de Guacamayos

Day 04: Puerto Maldonado - Cocha perdida

After breakfast we begin our adventure through the virgin forest, accompanied by a local guide we'll hike internment to reach the Lost Cocha, is an ecosystem of shelter and food for a huge variety of animals such as otters, alligators, turtles, tapirs, multicolored plumage birds, the majestic jaguar and fish.
