 Day 01: Ayacucho - Arrived - City Tour. Reception and transfer. Pick up of the hotel for visiting the historical center of colonial Huamanga, approx. 3 hrs: Unánue Museum, Santo Domingo Temple, Cathedral, Compañia, San Cristobal and Santa Teresa. Boza – Solís mansions, Chacon, Castilla – Zamora, Touristic Observatory of Acuchimay, Santa Ana neighborhood craft. Return to hotel. Accommodation. |
| Day 02: Archeological Center Of Wari – Pampa De Ayacucho – Villa De Quinua. Breakfast. We will visit the archeological complex of Wari, located at 22 km. Here we visited the museum site, the temple of Vegachayoq Moqo, the underground galleries of Monqachayoq and perhaps the royal tomb, funeral chambers of Cheqo Wasi and others. Emphasize the Tuna, Molley, and Paty (ritual tree – hallucinogen). We will continue across the historic sanctuary of Pampa de Ayacucho, plain at the foot of the Apu (hill) Condorcunca, to 3.3000 msnm. She was the scene and witnessed of the battle of Ayacucho on December 09, 1984. We’ll visit Villa de Quinua, picturesque and beautiful Andean town surrounded by lovely countryside with abundant vegetation, whose homes are made with adobe, roofs with gabled roofs and cobblestone streets. | Day 03: Puyas Raimondi – Pomaqocha - Vilcashuaman. Breakfast. We’re going to the south of Ayacucho to the Morochucos plateau, where we’ll observe the enigmatic and beauty high Andean adorned with the presence slender Titankas or Puya de Raymondi, exotic plants and exclusive things of Peru and a few from Bolivia. Later we will see the Pomaqocha Lake and complex, designed by the Incas like a feline and this place was destined as a resting place. Then we’ll visit the Inca city “Vilcashuaman” which was the second administrative center as so military and religious of more important after Cusco. Transfer to hotel. Accommodation. |
| Day 04: Cueva de Pikimachay – Valle de Huanta – Lauricocha Breakfast. First them all we will visit the Pikimachay cave in the road to Huanta (25 km.). We involved with volcanic rock inside of the cave and we will see rocks the beginning of the quaternary age. Later we’ll move to the Huanta Valley, city with colonial and republic elements and is located in the lush valley “Esmeralda de los Andes” with warm climate and this city have many distinguishing like thy lush vegetation, landscapes and scenic spots. Emphasize his church with baroque style and the Redentoristas convent (Gothic Style). Outside rebound the Rasuhuillka snow-capped mountain, its lovely lakes, stone woods and waterfalls (cascade). Then we will visit the town of Lauricocha to five minutes of Huanta, rebound for his vocation in fruit production, mainly avocado, lucuma, sauco, chirimoya and many more; in the fields and orchards there is breaks that offering typical dishes of food. Transfer to hotel and a few minutes after we carry to the airport or bus station for their return to home or maybe continue their journey to another city. |
