Access Routes: 

By Air: Manco Capac Airport is located on Juliaca which is a 45 minutes to Puno.
By Land: Puno interlace by the road with Lima to Arequipa, Cusco, Moquegua and Tacna, there are many bus enterprises.
By Train: the trains just go out to Arequipa and Cusco.

Pesque de Quinua: Quinua cream that it prepared with cheese, butter, milk and nice taste.

Cancacho: it prepared with fresh meat of Alpaca or Lamb without seasonings just with salt.
Timpo de Karachi: It is typical dish from Lake Zone that cooked with Karachi typical fish from Titicaca Lake that height from 10 to 15 cm and contains a lot of phosphorus.
