THE CATHEDRAL
Built entirely on chairs, inside is the altar made of marble. In the nave stands the unique wooden pulpit carved in the background, there is a body of Belgian origin, whose value lies in being one of the largest in South America. 

THE MONASTERY OF SANTA CATALINA
Considered one of the most important religious and architectural monuments of Peru, this monastery was founded in 1579 under the name of Our Lady of Remedies and under the patronage of St. Catherine of Siena. 

LA COMPAÑIA
Former Jesuit church facade of baroque style, in which appreciates the work of the relief surface and no depth, based on indigenous elements mixed with European motifs. 

SAN FRANCISCO
Church and convent of late Romantic style dating from the XVI century. The facade is made of ashlar stone and brick Moorish style and influence mestizo. 

LA MERCED
Data from the mid-sixteenth century. Chapter house is Gothic and exhibits unique beauty.Colonial retains a valuable library and paintings belonging to the Cuzco School. 

THE MANSIONS
Casa Tristán del Pozo Located at San Francisco, this cover rectangular house was built in the eighteenth century by General Domingo Tristán del Pozo. Inside are beautiful Tuscan columns. Currently Continental Bank headquarters. 

CASA IRRIBERRY 
Located at Calle Santa Catalina, the construction of this house dates back to the eighteenth century. It is characterized as the building that has thicker walls in Arequipa. It excels by its cover, surrounded by a pillar, on which rests a carved cornice. Currently, part of the University of San Agustin.
