Location: Arequipa is located to south of Peru and is located on ht coast and southern highlands of Peru where it happen as an area of strong physical contrasts, which borders the narrow and rocky coast, associated with desert formation, grasslands, grasslands, plateaus discoursed by deep canyons, and volcanic towering peaks elevations.  
Annual Average Temperature: It presents a range of climates within its territory, ranging from warm and mild (own coast) to the glacier and perpetual snows (in the high mountains). It is warm on the coast, with little rainfall. A thousand meters of altitude, the climate varies to temperate and cold in the mountains that dominate the landscapes, the temperature variation is noticeable between the sun and shadow and between day and night. Access Routes:       
By Land: the principal road is the Panamericana south - from Lima to 14 hours approximately.
By Train: We have trains from Mollendo, Juliaca, Puno and Cusco.
By Air: The airport is around 20 minutes.

Among the soups are the preferred white soups of Lamb, potatoes, corn or maize, chuño and puchero (cattle boiled, pig and chicken with vegetables and    verdures).
