Location: Arequipa is located to south of Peru and is located on ht coast and southern highlands of Peru where it happen as an area of strong physical contrasts, which borders the narrow and rocky coast, associated with desert formation, grasslands, grasslands, plateaus discoursed by deep canyons, and volcanic towering peaks elevations.

Among the soups are the preferred white soups of Lamb, potatoes, corn or maize, chuño and puchero (cattle boiled, pig and chicken with vegetables and verdures).
Fund dishes defile adobo (loin pig soup, chili, onions and chichi of jora and serve with pan), the chilies of pig or cattle, lamb or duck, and the locro (meat or lamb cooked dish), Chupe de Camarones (shrimp fried in chili and baked with bean, milk, rice, corn or maize and potatoes) and the Malaya (cattle loin boiled and fried).
